    The Royal Black Transgender Mr & Ms Pageantry System is comprised of the Mr Black Transman, Ms Black Transwoman, Mr & Ms State, Mr & Ms Supreme, Mr & Ms Plus and Mr & Miss Teen pageants. Title holders are spokepersons and serve asambassadors for the black transgender community.

    The Royal Black Transgender Pageantry reign begins immediately after he/she is crowned at the Internationl Mr & Ms pagant competition.  Pageant reign ends immediately following the crowning of his/her successor.

    If for any reason the titleholder is unable to fulfill his duty, the first alternate winner will be promoted to the titleholder position and be awarded the remaining prizes.

    You may apply to become a contestant in the International Black Transgender Mr & Ms Pageant by winning a state pageant in the state where you reside. If there is not a state pageant held, you may apply directly to the Mr & Ms Pageant as a Delegate-At-Large.

    Any winning contestants of a closed or open State pageant, must reside within that state during the 12 month reign. A (90) ninety day residence is required for state pageants and failure to reside in the state during the reign will result in the revocation of the state title as well as any remaining cash and prizes.

     Contestants who have been selected as a winner or runner up in a preliminary pageant are inelgibple to participage in another prelimianry pageant in the same system.

    All pageant contestants must identify under the transgender umbrellas as a (FTM) female to male transman or (MTF) male to female transwoman.  

     

      8

    Contestants may be diagnosed with (GID) Gender Identity Disorder, are pre operation, post operation or elect no medical transition requirement.

    Contestants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry of the competition.

    Contestants must provide a valid unexpired government issued driver’s license or non-driver’s license identification at time of registration.

    Contestants must be of good moral character and should display this standards by way of not consuming any excessive alcoholic beverages, illegal drug use, abusive language or smoke during the course of the entire pageant as well as his/her reign.  Contestants will never participate in any type of argument or altercation, except as a mediator, while representing their title
